ISTD Membership and Global Dance Standards

We are proud to be members of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. Established in 1904, the ISTD is a leading dance organisation, known for quality teaching and diversity of dance styles. Today the ISTD has over 6000 members in 59 countries throughout the world.

Classical Ballet Training with the Cecchetti Method

Cecchetti Classical Ballet is the foundation of our dance school. The renowned dancer and teacher, Enrico Cecchetti (1850-1928), worked with icons such as Pavlova and Nijinsky and was an enormous influence on British Ballet. The method of training he developed is still as relevant today and provides a strong technical base combined with superb artistry and line.
